Viva Las Vegas
VIVA LAS VEGAS
This double CD contains live masters from 1970 and 1972 on CD-1 and a previously unreleased concert from August 21 1969 on CD-2.

Mixed and masterd by Ray Bardini and Vic Anesi, the sound quality is tremendous. The 1969 show sounds so much better than all other complete live show we have gotten that it actually puts all precedors to shame!

I SING ALL KINDS
"I Sing All Kinds" focus on Nashville recordings from 1971.

In the same vein as Nashville Marathon, this new CD includes several previously unreleased outtakes.

For the first time we get an outtake of 'Early Morning Rain', a much overlooked beauty. Also take 1 of 'I've Got Confidence' is welcomed, together with new outtakes of both 'It's Only Love' and 'Seeing Is Believing'.

American Trilogy
AN AMERICAN TRILOGY
The main part of this release was recorded on February 15 Midnight show. It has been taken from multi-track tapes. We also get other recordings from February 14 to February 17, some of which have been released before.

As a bonus FTD has included several songs from the opening show on January 26. These have been taken from a soundboard source.

The mixing of the multi-track recordings is (thankfully) quite different from what's found on Writing For The King, however far from great!

Live In LA
LIVE IN LA
Live in LA is the title of a book and a CD that focus on Elvis' shows i LA in the 70's.

The main part of the book concentrates on Elvis' evening show at the Forum Of Inglewood on May 11 1974. Sound quality is only fair, with a painfully high bass.

The CD contains a soundboard recording of this show, plus two bonus songs from the Swing Auditorium in San Bernardino the day before. As a bonus an audience version of 'You Can Have Her' will be included at the end.

Unchained Melody
UNCHAINED MELODY
A new soundboard recording from 1977. Luckily FTD decided to release a show from the short February tour that has not been out on bootleg (soundboard).

"Unchained Melody" contains the Charlotte show from February 20, including a good version of the title track. And what does Elvis say right before 'Unchained Melody'? "I like to..sit by the piano...because we are recording this live..."

Unfortunately the tape starts first at 'Love Me'. Several bonus tracks are included at the end. The sound is good in general.
